9. You may answer the question as I did in the screenshot below or do some changes to make it a little bit deferent.

10. It will be require to upload all the three documents (A valid form of photo identification,2019 Federal Tax Returns for your business and W-9 Form) and Enter the bank name and account Name.

11. Input your Bank Account and Routing Number (This is where the loan will paid into so make sure you have access to it)

12. input the Fullz name and choose date you file.

13. Agree to all the terms and enter fullz name one more time.

14. The application will be submitte my clicking on the “submit button”

15. You will get the success! After submitted. 

Conclusion:  

Now wait patiently for their email response and feedback. If the information you submitted looks convincing you will get approved for payment. But have it in mind, they have not started paying. But start from 2023.
