Meleki Update: Tips to apply for Georgia Rental to get paid(part 1)

Georgia State is currently giving out a loan for those that 

 • We are going to use two different fullz, One for Tenant and one for Landlord (the Landlord Fullz can be from any different state but Tenant must be strictly Georgia Fullz) 

• To begin with this tutorial, Take note of these👇🏿👇🏿

• Payment is been sent to Landlord so make sure you use Fullz or Client you have access to his or her Bank.

• Landlord can be from any State but Tenant strictly from Georgia 

• Always use a background checker for a property search to know either the fullz you’re to use as Tenant doesn’t Own the property or related to the property Owner.  If “Yes” then it mean you can’t use that fullz as Tenant.

• In the Landlord application, you can apply as a Property Owner or Property Agent/Manager

• Tutorial is divided into 3 sections I,II, and III. Now Let start with the Landlord🤵🏿 Application which is I

Required Info and Documents needed to complete Landlord application 

1• Proof of Identity ( DL,ID,Passport etc)

2• ACH or DD Form for Payment 

3• W-9

4• Statement of Delinquent Rent

5• Proof of Ownership / Property Management Agreement

1}• Once you’ve gotten all the required info and Docs ready just head over to https://georgiarentalassistance.ga.gov .

Now on this Tutorial we are starting with Landlord Application(I).  So just click on I’m a Landlord to begin

2}• You will be asked to provide the Name of the Property Owner or Property Manager which I already explained above. Once you are done proceed to the next step

3}• Now select (Yes) to this question and select Next

4}• This question answer will depend on the Property the Tenant is renting so just do background check on the property

5}• Is this Lease Purchase/ Rent to Own is always (No)

6}• Select (No) else you will be asked to upload proof of Assistance the address is already receiving

7}• This question will depend on either you are filling as a Property Owner or Property Manager. This fullz am using is the real Property owner so (Yes) will be my answer but if your fullz doesn’t own the Property just choose (No) then you proceed

8}• Now this is the section you will be asked to provide your Login Credentials so you won’t start the whole process again. Just provide your Landlord Fullz Name, Email 📧 and Password for your account

9}• Once done this will be the Next Screen so proceed to click on Begin followed by Landlord Information

10}• Now you will be asked to provide the same info you provided previously but this time you will be asked to add your👇🏿 

• Address 

• Phone Number 

• Tax ID or SSN 

Then select any of the options about how you heard about the Program

11}• After everything is done Nicely, you move forward to the next Step.  That’s by clicking on Begin followed by Upload Documents

12}• As I listed above the needful Documents to be provided by Landlord.  Just edit them with formswift.com then Upload

• ACH Direct Deposit form is where you will be asked provide your Account Number and Routine Number of the account using to receive the Payment

NOTE: Prepaid Banks are not allowed❌ and Name on Bank has to match the Name on Application(Landload). Only Wellsfargo and Credit Union Banks can receive payment without the Name not matching

Will drop all the required documents after Tutorial

13}• Once all are provided. Just ignore the Authorization Agreement Contract/MOU/MOA then click on Upload All

14}• We ain’t done with the Full Landlord application but just part of the application is completed. The next is to just log out from the application and begin with Tenant Application

•||• Note 📝: We ain’t done with Landlord application yet. Remember we will come back to finish it after we are done With Tenant application

Required Info and Documents needed to complete Tenant application 

1• Lease agreement 

2• Proof of Housing Instability )Eviction Notice/Notice of Past Due Rent)

3• Proof of Identity ( DL,ID,Passport etc)

4• Proof of Income

5• Proof or covid 19 hardship. 

15}• Now to begin with Tenant Application just click on I’m a Tenant

16}• Just select (Yes) to the Covid-19 Hardship

17}• Is the Hardship due directly or Indirectly to Covid-19 ?• Just select (Yes)

18}• Now provide the Zipcode of the Tenant Rental Address

19}• On this section choose (Yes) for the first question then (No) to the second then proceed to the next page

20}• Always remember to choose (Yes) to this question else you will be deemed ineligible for this assistance. For Number of household member just type (1 )to prevent unnecessary questions

21}• Any amount they ask you here just choose (Yes) else you will be disqualified for assistance since the State has his own income limit which qualifies for assistance

22}• Choose (No) else you will be asked to provided Unemployment Award Letter or Proof of you receiving Unemployment Benefit. Then for the last question select Lost Income then proceed

23}• Now select (Yes) then tick the First 2 boxes below the first question

24}• Always choose (No) for this question

25}• Also choose (No) to this question else you will be deemed ineligible for this assistance
